Re: Sky glass con
Hi @Ak68
Glastonbury content is on the BBC. The BBC doesn't allow it's content to be cloud recorded to sky's servers. Watch from start on BBC simply opens up iPlayer. I have had it where it when comes up with an error within iPlayer.
The only advice is try opening iPlayer and launching the content from within the iPlayer app. It should work. If you go to the channel in iPlayer you can see a schedule of the days programs and select it to play.
You can also report issues like this to skys viewer relations team on email: viewerR@sky.uk - but here on the forums, we are fellow subscribers like you.

Re: Sky glass con
I gather you are based in Republic of Ireland
In regards to BBC channels
Majority of broadcasts you will have to watch live instead.
There is no cloud recording of BBC channels.
Republic of Ireland
Adding to playlist of BBC channels from TV Guide will not provide playback unless BBC has made available that broadcast as a on demand version.
Glastonbury so far BBC has not provided on demand versions for Republic of Ireland
Only live broadcast is available.
The amount of on demand content BBC make available for Republic of Ireland it's very limited amount and some content is only available for 7 days or 30 days
Home Menu
Click TV Shows
Scroll with remote untill you see BBC tile to access the BBC on demand content
Only what's listed in the BBC on demand section is available for playback
If what you want to watch is not listed as on demand you have to watch the live broadcast instead.
Note
It's BBC who decide what content is made available as on demand
Sky Ireland has no control whats made available.
Some BBC content is broadcast on RTÉ channels and available on RTÉ Player
Also you can find some BBC on demand content on Alibi/Gold/UK TV Play/Netflix
UK customers it's different as they can add BBC channels broadcasts to playlist and access that content from BBC iPlayer but that's UK only.
In regards to Irish Channels
Adding RTÉ broadcasts to playlist use RTÉ Player instead as it's available instantly to watch after a live broadcast ends and you can also use to watch live broadcasts if you wanted.
There can be a delay of a few days for RTÉ content you add to playlist on Sky Glass/Sky Stream when it will show as available and some episodes don't get listed.
So use RTÉ Player instead as you get instant access to that content and you won't have missing episodes.
Note Crimecall is a live broadcast only that's never available as on demand playback in RTÉ Player.
Virgin Media Channels
Some broadcasts will get cloud recorded but not all
Use Virgin Media on demand instead you will find this in TV shows a tile listed as Virgin Media Television
Note some content can take 24 hours before it will get listed in Virgin Media on demand section for playback.
In regards to getting streaming issues
What download and upload speed do you have with broadband provider
Are you using WiFi or Ethernet connection with Sky Glass
Sky Glass 65 inch and 2 Sky Stream Pucks
Gigabit Siro 100% Fiber Broadband with Digiweb
1000 Mbps download and 200 Mbps upload speed
I only use wired ethernet with Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks
