Sky glass order cancelled?

I ordered sky glass yesterday, signed the credit agreement and around 10 minutes later received an email to say that I cancelled it when I didn't?
many one know what may have happened?

@confused7  You would need to call Sky as customers here we have no access to your order.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @confused7

A couple of things, either sky haven't got the Glass model you wanted to order or you have failed the credit check. Sky seem to have this strange system where they do a check on the web and then a secondary check.

The only way to know is to call sky customer service. We are all fellow subscribers on the forum.
