Error when signing up as new customer
Hi. My MiL is joining sky
Tried doing it online - picked package, entered address, chosen date for delivery and entered bank details for DD but keep getting a 'sorry we are having technical difficulties'
Happened multiple times today. problem?

We are fellow subscribers here on the community. You will need to call Sky sales or visit a retail store if you are unable to purchase online. There could be a technical issue or even a previous account hanging around at the same address.
Another option is to try online with a 3rd party such as EE who also sell Sky stream.
You can call Sky on the number on this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home (scroll down and select need more help). Unfortunately the community software doesn't allow us to post phone numbers.
