Sky glass not working

I keep getting cut off when phoning up.

We need an engineer out to sort the TV and broadband out please.

My signal is very weak and the booster box has not helped.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky

at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

There is no Sky engineer support for Sky Glass - it's the customer's responsibility to connect it to their broadband. 

If you have Sky broadband then they will send an engineer to support that if they detect a problem. You'll need to persevere on the phone to arrange it though.

Note there isn't any in-person support for the Sky Glass television platform (or Sky Stream pucks)

 

You might be able to arrange a visit for wireless issues if you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on a Sky Broadband account.
