Sky glass no image
Hi all,
Since Friday , the TV screen initially went blurry and green and then faded to black, since then , I've tried resetting get to the start of a set up page (it seemingly doubles a white horizontal bar at bottom of screen) I get a blurry spinny timer thing and then it asks me to hold 7+9 to reset controller connection , at this point the TV screen literally fades to black and I'm sat with a powered / blank screen with a red and white flashing led ?
Any ideas , I'm assuming it's hardware and therefore a total fail?

As an update, I get to the " you're now connected screen " the nice set up noise chimes, the image of the text and ' continue ' narrative box thing fade pretty quickly away.
To say I'm disappointed with this product is an understatement

If it's still under warranty then call sky and ask for a replacement we are all fellow customers on here like yourself

Resolved , 10/10 process and timeline to replace.
I don't think that is so normal, well beyond par, which begs the question why, I'm assuming Sky are throwing the kitchen sink , financially at maintaining sky Glass , failure rate for the product seems abnormally high , I've really enjoyed the product , so fingers crossed it's all good going forwards .
