Sky glass losing volume and freezing

Sky glass keeps fressinf like it's liaimf internet but everything else in the house is working any ideas?

I'm guessing you have it connected via Wifi?

 

If you do then the best option to proceed is to disable the Wifi in the Sky Glass settings and connect the Sky Glass up via an ethernet cable. If the problem goes away then the issue is that your home WIFI network isn't strong, stable and consistent enough for the Sky Glass to function correctly. This is really the best test to prove whether or not the issue is related to the unit or your WIFI network.
