Sky glass loading then jumping forward

Programs, particularly live ones are constantly "loading" then jumping forward by tens mins or so. How do I stop it? Just FYI  I've got no internet/ wifi issues

@JDrury you may not think you have WiFi issues as other devices work but the Sky streaming platform is a little different and requires a constant connection to the internet and the platform can go a little bit mad if the connection is dropped even for the odd second. Essentially you need a strong, stable and consistent WiFi connection for the platform to perform as expected.

Ultimately the way to test this is to disable the WiFi in the settings and connect via an Ethernet cable and see if this issue goes away.
