Sky glass keeps turning off by itself and we have 1100 and 0803 error codes what do we do?

We have connection issue with sky glass- it keeps just disconnecting and freezing- we loose connection to the internet and are getting error codes 1100 and 0803 - can anyone help? Many thanks 🙏

Welcome to the forum. We are fellow subscribers and have zero insight to your setup. Some more information would be useful like who is your ISP? Is this a new setup or has it been working previously. Have you tried troubleshooting like powering your TV off at the mains or resetting the network: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm.

 

How's the WiFi where your glass is located? Have your tried ethernet or homeplugs? These may be an option and help provide stability. (Remember to turn WiFi off in glass settings).

Thank you for responding- I wrote this in a hurry so can quite understand that there is little detail. Ethernet cable not possible and have tried off and on over 20 times in the past few days. we have a 65" sky glass and other skyglass in theouse that dont seem to be an issue- left house with friends and went on holiday- came back to it not working.. not ideal- we are with sky for everything.
