We have spoken countless times to sky now, who have been very unhelpful to our issue. The first Stream box is set up. Our second won't connect. We are asked to go to www.sky.com/acitivate that just tells us "Opps there's a problem" and to call the number provided. That number and those on the end of it are not helpful, asking us to try again later. We have all on our account thats required but yet the link does not work. We also can not click on manage products without our account. Any help would be great.

Hi,
Well I miss typed above, but yes have tried www.sky.com/activate many off times and it does not connect.
I have spoke to two sky reps on the phone, to no answer to the issue.

All you can do is persist with Sky and request compensation ... Whole Home is currently unavailable to you🙁

Thank you for your advice, thats rubbish really considering we pay for something we can't get. Well will try and ring them for the tenth time.
