Sky glass internet connection constantly drops off

Hi, My sky glass internet connection drops off every few hours, this has been happening more and more over the last few weeks. I've followed all the test options on Sky app but they keep coming back saying everything is ok. Its clearly not as im looking at a no internet warning on my TV screen. Ive call Sky and went through machine answering service and it just sends you a text message then hangs up the line. Any help would be much appreciated.

@Chris_80  WIfi connections can be affected by numerous things within the home the checker won't necessarily pick up these issues, have you tried using an ethernet cable from the TV to the hub?

Hi, Thanks for your reply.  No i haven't done that, I've not got one to try. The automated Sky call answering machine did say I had a fault on my line but the online test thing says it ok.

@Chris_80  Can you open the netflix app on your Glass TV,  go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?
