Sky glass first bill

My sky glass stream bill was due out today I'm aware I had some credit on my account but that's gone against my broadband first bill for next month according to breakdown of bill and sky but today no money has left my account and it's saying my stream bill is £0.00 with a tick next to it I'm so confused

@Tricky92  If a direct debit is due your Sky account will show it as being collected, but you should be aware Sky don't take payments on a weekend and your DD will likley be collected today or tomorrow.

And credit an your Q account does go towards your broadband account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
