Hi there, experiencing jitter, freeze and loss of connection With sky glass, 2 days in from delivery..
broadband is super fast fibre so no issues there. 330mbps download , 61mbps upload
I'm attempting to run the Ethernet cable from router to the tv to improve things but keep getting an error,..
(If IP address allocation is disabled on your router, you'll need to enable this before continuing)
please help, I've looked into my hub Manger and cannot see anything related)
thanks

I'm running a Glass television off a BT Smart Hub 2 over ethernet quite happily: there's been no indication in this forum of any incompatibility between Glass and BT routers.
