Glass problems

My Internet speed is 32Mbp download and 16 output. Is this good as I still get my sky glass shutting down and powering off as well as freezing ? I’ve now plugged in the Ethernet as well to avoid Wi-Fi bounce from the box to the glass tv. Thanks..

@WB6057  Ideally you need 25mbps for the Glass TV at  aminimum and use ethernet rather than wifi, if other users are on the net at the same time you are going to struggle with a solid stream experience.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
