Hi @Tracey2004 When I first got Glass nearly 3 years ago I experienced the same issue.  I resolved it by turning ON the Networked Standby Mode in the Settings > Start up & standby menu. This stops Glass (or puck) from losing the network connection when it is in standby.

I also turned off all the other settings which I found to be unnecessary and caused issues of their own.

Also worth pulling the plug on your sky glass for 5-10 minutes

Re: Sky glass dropping connection

I unplug mine and it resets and connects but is very annoying!

Not sure if the issue is Sky or wifi, but I'm working from home and everything else works on my wifI! so feel its a sky issue they refuse to admit!

Re: Sky glass dropping connection

@Teddypom It's far better to use Ethernet to connect Glass (turn off WiFi in the Settings). It gives a far more stable connection. When I first got Glass the first week on WiFi was a nightmare. After using Ethernet it's not an issue.

If your routers too far from the Glass to use Ethernet investing in a couple of Powerline adapters is worth doing.
