Sky glass deactivated

My sky glass has been deactivated by my permission as I'm getting new t.v and puck. Do I need to factory reset the t.v, coz if I do how? As the deactivated t.v has gone back to setting up anyway and I don't want to go through the set up procedure if it reactivates my account for the sky glass again 🤔

Yes you should factory reset your TV:

When you say deactivated I take it Sky have removed this from your account?

Yes sky has removed it from my account, but cannot factory reset unless I go through all the set up again

  •  I get this now, if I go through all that I'm afraid it will reactivate my account just to factory reset, then ask sky again to deactivate.
