If you are connected via WiFi typically that's caused by the instability of the WiFi signal the Glass is getting. I had the same issue particularly streaming live sport, disabled WiFi in the settings, connected via Ethernet and gave it a reboot by unplugging for a few minutes and it should fix the issue.
