Is any one else being driven mad by sky glass constantly freezing up to 6 times a day and having to keep unplugging the tv

That's often a symptom of a poor broadband connection or insufficient bandwidth. What broadband speed to you get to your home? How are you connected to your router? Have you tried connecting direct via ethernet and turning WiFi off on the Glass TV to see if that solves the issue? If it doesn't then it may be a fault with the TV itself.

Find out moreIn addition what the advice given by @SlenderRobert I found that if I gave a number of remote commands too quickly (i.e. channel hopping etc) then this could confuse my Glass TV and it would totally freeze up. The only way to clear it was to reboot the TV.
