Sky glass and internet connection

Ever since installing sky glass internet connection has been slow cutting out on pc and only ever 1 bar on phone. Always had a really good service before. Should I revert to sky q and can you simply use cables on sky glass tv into sky q box.

@Jo888  Sky Q boxes worked as a mesh system, Sky Glass/Stream does not have this functionality so your choices are revert back to Sky Q or speak to Sky about broadband boost and get a wifi booster.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
