Sky glass air

Had my sky glass air delivered today put it on stand and ready to set up and it's just going over the same stuff constantly and saying error with the update I've done all the steps and it's still doing the same any advice ?

@Ellie180  Are you able to try the following:

 

Use ethernet between thre TV & Hub

 

Power down the TV for 10 minutes and try again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yeah I've done all the steps that the QR code takes me to and it's still just going over the same things I'm on to sky now but been in a Que absolutely ages
