Ive got a sky glass air tv and the sound is a bit tinny and sometimes distorted when watching certain tv programs and films especially one with alot of background noise is there anything I can do to improve it

Sky Glass Air doesn't have a built-in soundbar, unlike the original and Gen2 models. Adding your own soundbar would be a good way of improving sound quality.
