Sky glass after reboot

After 24 hrs I've got my sky glass back almost. 
when I go to itv or bbc I'm getting a message :

to watch this you need to upgrade your subscription - I don't understand why I can't get basic channels now and I don't know what to do.

@Hazeyjonesy5   I would suggest doin the following, turn off TV by remote, unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, if this issue persists post back and we'll see if this can be escalated to the messaging team.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Try pulling the plug from the wall for a few minutes then plugging back in
