Hi @TrevnTrudie I believe Sky is available in New Zealand but you would not be able to transfer your account.  You would have to open a new account with Sky NZ.

Lucky you moving to NZ 😀

No. Sky NZ is not under Comcast ownership and they do not offer the Sky Glass or Sky Stream hardware.

Your Glass TV could be used as a large and very heavy monitor but it would make more sense to purchase a TV when you arrive in NZ, partly to save on shipping costs as the Glass TV units are heavy.

Sky Network Television Limited in New Zealand has a similar historic heritage to Sky UK as a Murdoch (Fox) company, but is not now associated in any way with Sky Group other than having some confusingly similar product names.

As @Mister_Dalek indicates I'd think a Glass television isn't likely to be worth shipping: it's not going to be able to connect to any server-side services at all so no apps are going to work, and it's not clear even the DTTV tuner will function.

Foxtel in Australia has a version of Glass (and Stream) :

Of course the potential television market in New Zealand is considerably smaller.

@TrevnTrudie  Even if you took it to NZ and powered it on Sky servers would know it was outside the UK, there was a post recently from an Italian Expat who brought their Glass TV to he UK from Italy and found it won't operate due to a geolocation issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
