Hi, my sky glass TV sound is crackling. I’ve followed the online steps - and followed the suggested 'fixes' by sky help, including trying different channels to check the issue isn't just with one channel, and it keeps happening. I've even tried the various apps (Netflix, Disney etc) and still the same issue. This is defo an issue with the TV, which I'm surprised this is happening onlh after a couple of years of having the TV!

We are getting the same issue too. This happens all the time with this TV. I've been onto Sky technical support and all the suggest is turn it off reset the TV for software update and every time I end up with the same problems as we're paying for this over a number of months time it's finished will be out of warranty! I've been impressed with Sky's new technology, i.e. Sky digital sky HD sky Q but this TV is the worst purchase I've ever made

If they refuse to replace your Glass TV then you are at liberty to lodge a complaint at the following link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/complaints
If you are signed into your MySky account first it will populate the form with your details.

If that's what seems to be the usual cause (loose adhesive tape vibrating against a speaker cone) then it's not going to get better, so a warranty swap (if still within the two year cover) is applicable.
