My Sky glass TV has not even turned back on since they rolled out the update that crashed it for everyone last week. I have tried the recovery steps many times. It does absolutely nothing & is stuck in updating software connecting mode. Anyone know how to fix this because I am getting absolutely nowhere with customer services, all they do is tell me to repeat the recovery steps?!

I'm the same and now every time I go to put in my postcode it comes up as capitals so still cannot get into account.
TV since crash 11 days ago seems to be on a loop.
its ridiculous for such a big technological company to have customers paying for this and not the first error with Sky Glass Tv either.
I also found out the reason my bill was so high was I was being charged for Netflix twice, yet I signed only for the Sky deal. A year of over paying and it's almost impossible to get through to a human.

Sky bills are itemised ... did you have two entries for Entertainment?
