NO ... the issue is Sky applied an update to Sky Glass TVs which Sky CSs have failed to take responsibility of the fact it caused failed of those TVs ... the level of assistance in resolving the issue has been non-existent ... the level of compensation if resolution can not be achieved is refurbished replacement🤔

This is everything in a nutshell! I now have the glass tv working but wont work without the ethernet cable 🤯
