I have turned off parental control,but still being asked to enter PIN number.

I have turned off parental control, but still being asked to enter PIN number for movies. Any suggestions?

it's part of the ofcom daytime viewing regulations where any age rated show / movie pre watershed must be controlled by a pin ....

As @Jporch316 indicates, any numbered EPG channel carrying content rated 12 or above before 21:00 has to deploy Mandatory Daytime Protection.  Typically that's Sky Atlantic, Comedy and Documentaries, plus many of the Sky Cinema channels and sometimes Sky Max and Showcase.  You'll also see a PIN challenge for Sky on-demand content with the same age rating, but not when viewing is through non-Sky apps (which aren't covered by the same regulations)
