We're trying to restore our programmes and got to the link your account page.
Screen tells us a code has been sent to verify my email address, but even after a number of attempts, no code recieved, therefore cannot access my account to enter the code to lonk the puck with my account.
Email is active, no issues, sky have sent mails but I can't seem to receive this code to progress.

As part of the initial setup on-screen instructions will tell you to either scan a QR code or go to When https://sky.com/activate, which prompts you to login, and then asks for the Activation code shown on the tv.
