Sky Vip Paramount plus
- Followed the link and created an account but every time i put my payment info in it says declined by my bank. Spoke to bank this morming they said they are not using the payment system properly and not using PSD2 which is the system that gets you to authorise the payment. I have emailed them direct and have received this to say they can't help even though it's their system you are using for payment details? Sky instructions tell yoi tp add card details for payments? Anyone else had this issue?

You don't need to provide payment details when signing up via Sky if you have Sky Cinema.
If you aren't a cinema customer are you trying to pay via sky marketplace? It would be easier to sign up directly. If you are a cinema customer follow the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus
