Ours has been working fine through the day, but seems to be issues using the remote and the voice, with the outages last night did anyone else have problems with the voice? 

Doesn't seem to be picking much up tonight either but the channels are working. 

Sky Glass Gen2 65"
Sky Air 43" in bedroom
LG 65" TV with Puck in spare room.

Broadband with Seethelight as on new build estate that does not support Sky.

Technical fault for 2 days now

Yesterday evening and this evening my to keeps dropping out and displays that there is a technical fault. I am continually having to reset by turning off and then on again. Am really fed up with this now. Getting Sky Glass was the worst decision. Can anyone help with how to get a resolution to this problem?

I'm continually getting same msg. My tv is stuck on channel 4. Won't change at all.

Technical Fault Try Again Later

I have been getting this message since I changed over to Sky. If you are getting this please let me know as I think it's a common issue but Sky support don't seem to be aware of it which I don't believe for a minute.

Mine has a technical fault on all channels. Home Screen is fine but can't watch anything. Have tried all the regular fixes like turning off at plug for a minute and then turning on again. Have also tried turning the router off and then on again after a minute. Nothing is working.

Same here. One issue after another. Bad decision to buy Sky Glass Air!! And trying to contact Sky is just one huge obstacle to trying to get an engineer

@Rum230 there's no engineer support for Sky Stream. What did Sky suggest when you contacted them?

Me too. Only Netflix works on my sky puck
