Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAre you a current Sky TV subsrciber, if you are then you will need to phone Sky to switch over to Sky Stream (this is seemingly required because they have to cancel the existing TV subscription in order to process a stream order).
Sky don't offer free trials however you do have 31 days to cancel, but you typically have to pay for what you have used up to the day of cancellation

I have two options if I want to proceed with Sky stream.
1. £14/month rolling monthly contract & £39 delivery.
2. £11/ month 24 month contract free delivery.
If I proceed with option 2 can I opt out within the 1st month if sky stream is not for me. Thanks

The Terms and conditions summary (linked from the bottom of the order page) is laid out nicely here;

Yes, as long as you get your formal request to cancel within the cooling-off period acknowledged by Sky inside the time limit.

Whichever option you choose, you have a 31 days cooling-off period.
