Are you a current Sky TV subsrciber, if you are then you will need to phone Sky to switch over to Sky Stream (this is seemingly required because they have to cancel the existing TV subscription in order to process a stream order).
Sky don't offer free trials however you do have 31 days to cancel, but you typically have to pay for what you have used up to the day of cancellation
