Sky Playlist Advert

Is anyone else getting sick of the SKY Playlist Advert. Its shown in virtually every ad break. After seeing Brian Cox saying " We are pirates" umpteen times a day, I mute everytime it comes on.

Worth keeping in mind that advertising injected into Stream can be personalised, so households aren't necessarily seeing the same thing during the same break.

Hi @BillClay  TBH I don't think I have ever seen the advert you mention in your original post.

You can personalise the adverts (at least the ones input by Sky) by going to your MySky account.  When you have signed in go to the head and shoulders icon (top right) and from that menu select My Details.  You will see "Data & Personalisation".  This contains a number of things which are self explanatory.

Be aware if you turn off the product analytics, personal recommendations & profiling it will remove your Continue Watching rail.

Strictly speaking that gives advertisers the option to target: it doesn't mean this will actually happen.

Re: Sky Playlist Advert

It's an ad from sky showing people how playlist works where families can have a playlist for each member of the family, and the voiceover actor puts on this ridiculous child's voice saying I want to watch something when the adults are watching something else. Very annoying.

Re: Sky Playlist Advert

Clearly, this ad must be aimed at only me in the country if noone else sees it.
