Sky Netflix basic hasnt moved to 2 devices

I have the basic Netflix package on Sky glass. I recently received an email directly from Sky saying that moving forward I would be able to use 2 devices with ads. This has never happened. What do I need to do to activate please?

Hi @BenJ2

What makes you think you haven't been switched? It happed automatically. If you go into my Sky app and check your netflix it should tell you what pack you are on.

You can watch concurrently on two devices. However if you have more than one puck / glass it's important to ensure you exit netflix app using the exit button. Just pressing home can keep your app open in the background and make netflix think it's in use on that device.

Is there an error or anything when trying to watch?
