Pay for Netflix on sky Q, worked fine for the last year, today can only get it via sky box not on my 2nd device, try to login and Netflix wants me to sign up to a subscription.
Was on the phone to someone who clearly didn't give a dam, I asked if he couldn't fix it then to please remove it from my plan so I can pay Netflix direct, he hung up on me.
I'm spitting feathers now!
Anyone else having issues with Netflix today, any help appreciated?

Thank you for replying.
I have the account that allows two devices, after speaking to sky again they told me they can't help and to contact Netflix.
Literally just finished speaking to them and they were brilliant, somehow someone had changed my email address in the background.
They've restored my Netflix account and I've changed the passwords 😊

Re: Netflix-pay for 2 devices only works on one
Are you logging in with your Sky ID and password, if so which one of these packages do you have:
Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Netflix-pay for 2 devices only works on one
They made me sign up for uhd to have2 screens 3 years ago and now refuse to remove it even though we don't and never have had a uhd TV,
By 2 devices do they mean a sky box and mini box? Because for some reason netflix works fine on the mini box but not on main box, it won't load it doesn't ask for password etc the little red circle just spins and it never progresses. Yetthemini boxit comes on straightaway.
I haveit on my tablet too but they are never watched at the same time. Plus we still havetheuhdtheywont remove which allows 4 screens
Phew this was energetic!
