New to Sky live. The picture quality from my camera is really poor - very grainy and fuzzy. Incoming picture from other users is far better. I've tried getting closer and turning lights on but can't improve it.

Yeah we have had it for a few months but not used it much. Went to try the karaoke last night and same camera quality is awful so fuzzy. I thought it was an affect at first then same tried different lighting but it is awful and made no difference

I am a new Live customer had it about two weeks. Camera not the best but certainly not fuzzy here. Just a standard HD quality image.

Yeah mine defo isn't hd quality more like the old black and white tv when trying to tune it in with an aerial and the screens all

fuzz !!! Not impressed at all
