Sky Live Camera issue

Hi. We have Sky Live but every single time it cuts off after about 2 minutes with the error code CH01 just saying there is an issue. Sky very unhelpfully just saying it's out of warranty. Anyone else getting this???

Hi @DJS19801995 

 

Not seen it. But might be worth factory resetting it. There is a pin hole on the bottom, pushing it will reset and take you through set up again.
