Sky glass black screen

Every morning we have to switch sky glass of at the wall as we have just a blank screen when choosing any Channel off the TV guide. This is very frustrating as only had it 3 months. Any ideas thanks?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Go into the settings and switch NETWORKED STANDBY MODE to ON and OVERNIGHT POWER SAVING to Off and see if that helps.
