Since moving from Manchester to Lincoln in April my Sky Glass is still showing the regional news from the North West and not Lincoln ?
I've updated my new address on to my sky account and that's supposedly all you have to do and that was 3 or 4 months ago ?
How can I update it to show the regional news and programmes

You got an agent to either didn't know what they were doing or can't be bothered. Try again and don't let them fob you off.

You will need to call Sky. This has been reported a number of times on the community. If the address update doesn't update the region, a back office team is required to take action.

Rang them first and they had never heard of this issue and couldn't help and they told me to come on this forum 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
