Sky Glass

I was wondering if the Sky Glass TV has HDMI ports and if so how many? Thank you.

I'm asking because I want to connect my consoles up to it

I've had an XBOX Series X connected to it as a result of another thread on here - gaming is fine, all the way up to 4K 60Hz & Dolby Vision. There aren bad  issues using the BluRay app on the console to play 4K HR/DV content though; not sure if you are considering using the XSX as a 4K BluRay player.

Otherwise I have a Nintendo Switch permenantly hooked up to HMDI 2 on my Glass, which has worked flawlessly.

Both work fine for gaming, although I've not tried the ultra low latency mode introduced in a recent OS update for Glass.

No-one has manufactured a television set for many years which doesn't have HDMI: it's a twenty year old technology.

As @CoffeeDrinker noted, Glass has three 2.1 ports and, relevant to gaming, it's finally in the process of receiving an update to activate a ULLM mode.
