Sky Glass

Every time I enter my pin to watch a movie etc my sky glass turns off

Have you tried turning it off at the socket, wait a few mins and then back on again?

Hi @SANDZ21 

 

You're probably best to call Sky directly for troubleshooting as that isn't normal behaviour and if it still happens after being switched off there's an issue.
