Sky Glass won’t reconnect after internet went down

Hi .. after the sky broadband issues this morning I am unable to reconnect sky glass. I have followed all the instructions on the tv , I have switched on and off but it still won't connect. Any ideas please 🙏

I have pressed the WPS button on the router, it says searching but not connecting . I read on line that you can reset but I can't find the reset tab

The only screen I can get on the  tv is 'Get Connected' which I can follow through to ' Network Connection' but it won't connect

Have you also tried rebooting your router by unplugging it for about a minute?

Thanks .. switched everything off for 30 min and has now reconnected 🙏
