Sky Glass vs Stream

Hi.

I have had a sky glass for nearly 2 weeks, now, this is the 2nd TV as the first was defective. The new one is also plagued with some gremlins. Two questions I guess;

1. Is Stream any better / more reliable than the Glass TV

2. has anyone returned the glass and replaced it with Stream?

I cannot have Sky Q as I'm unable to have a dish.

thanks

Hi @Alex1984

Sky Glass and Stream are the same. Stream is just Pucks without the TV.

What issues are you having? The forum may be able to help.

You have 31 days to "reject" glass.

Re: Sky Glass vs Stream

Hi Thanks for the reply.

I am having a few issues, Sky are aware of some of them and say they are trying to fix them. Although looking at this forum, these issues have been ongoing for years.

-Freezing live tv and on demand

-volume not responding - one level (requiring switching off at the mains)

- requiring subscription upgrade to watch channels already subscribed too

All just a little frustrating. I guess I was hoping stream might be better, and just get a better quality TV.
