@Nita+r not sure why you reset your Glass TV it is recommended thst you only do this if to,d to by Sky.if you mean the 6 figure number on the activation screen then using a device with a browser go to Sky.com/activate sign in using the Sky id that is linked to the account and enter the on screen number into the web page.
If you mean the 4 figure pin on the TV itself then by deefsukt thst is set to the last 4 digits of the moibike phone number linked tomthe account see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-sky-glass-pin
