On some programmes the picture and sound freezes every few seconds.

Open your Netflix app go to get help go to check your network and run it, it will tell you what speed your tv is getting, also how are you connected to the Internet wifi is not very stable, ethernet cable is better from the hub to the tv,

I have sky gigafast broadband full fibre to the property 900mbps to the hub, 55inch sky glass tv puck, lg 43inch smart tv, freesat box, xbox, chrome book, 3 mobile phones, tablet, 3 alexers, and a 55inch Samsung smart tv, no freezing, no dropping out,
You need the sky glass tv to be receiving a minimum of 50mps to work, as uhd needs 35mps

Thanks for your help. Connection speed is 89.74Mbps.
I have turned off WiFi as the tv is hard wired as the router is in another room.
At the moment that seems to have solved the problem.

Glad I could help, I only know this because when I had sky q and my house is old with thick walls I had freezing problems with that and a sky engineer came out checked everything out and put I an ethernet cable to the sky q box so when I changed to sky glass I just connected the cable to it and I have never had any problems since
