Sky Glass turned on during night

Hello, 

So last night my sky glass turned itself on. I turned it off but it came on again and was on when I got up.

I'm sensitive to light when asleep so it actually woke me up. 

All settings are turned off for it to turn in automatically. 

I note sky q used to do it when it had an update and I changed the hdmi settings and it stopped, not sure how to do that on glass.

@Staceymay88It may well have been a one off reset, Sky seem to be switching back and forth between Q17 and 18, they could want to make sure everything is on the same version, unless it does it again I would not worry.
