Sky Glass technical fault
Trying to watch Sky Witness or Sky Max shows from my playlist and experiencing technical fault try later message every few minutes. I wait a bit, press back and then navigate to continue watching. Sometimes I get the message to say I am not connected to the internet but then I go to settings and it says I am connected with excellent signal. This is getting so frustrating. I have tried turned off at the plug and waiting and then turning on again and this works for a bit but then the problem comes back. All my other devices work fine. Is it just these Sky channels there is a fault with generally ?

firstly it's worth rebooting your router
secondly how are you connected to your router ? WiFi or internet ? How fast is your internet connection?
Can you run a speed by going into the Netflix app on glass, go to get help and tin the network check
you will need at least 25mb for hd viewing if not more

Re: Sky Glass technical fault
Thanks for replying. Get 349Mbps per Netflix settings and connected by WiFi. It always says Excellent connection on Sky after saying no network connection ! I have previously connected by Ethernet but that started saying no connection as well 🤦♂️

When connecting by Ethernet did you turn off wifi in the settings?
