Sky Glass screen on (bluey green hue) no picture but sound

Any advice welcome.

My sky glass is out if warranty, I've had it 3 years now.

The screen suddenly turned to a bluey green hue with no picture, and sound is fine.

I've since cancelled sky as I have no way to watch it anyway, and the tv is now paid off.

Just thought I'd see if anyone had this issue and what the resolution was before I take it to one of those 'recycle your electricals' centres.

Intrigued to see the responses by others who have had this issue and went through the process to get it repaired.

Try and leaving it unplugged from the mains overnight as this can sometimes help with issues like this.

Sky have a repair partner for Glass, however they can repair everything expect the pannel itself. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs
