@Remy92 I can see you have tried all the obvious solutions including re-paring the remote.
Have you tried a Hard Reset of the remote (as oposed to a standard re-pair), if not try the following:
With Glass TV turned off at the wall socket:
Hold 4 & 6 for 10 seconds
Hold 7 & 9 for 10 seconds
Turn on Glass TV wait for it to reboot (this wil take about a minute ) & then go to homepage
When on the homepage hold 1 & 3 until it says it is connected
When I did mine a while back with the Sky employee the last step failed so I just had to do the last step again. The screen said to hold the buttons for 3 seconds but ignore that and hold 1 & 3 until you get the connected message.
If that does not resolve the issue give Sky a call and request another remote. If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote as a temporary measure.
