Sky Glass not connecting in morning

HI 

 

My Sky Glass 65" has stopped working in the morning. It says no internet, which is wrong as all other devices are fine. I've tried to link up with ethernet cable and switch off Wifi - works fine. But come the morning it still can't see the internet and does not work. So not a Wifi issue. 

 

I know Sky Glass has had lots of crap reviews and problems - but I thought I may be luck and not have a dud! 

 

If anyone can help that will be great as I know Sky customer services are rather crap at the best of times.

@RDM1  Check your network settings:

 

Settings --> Network -->Start up and standby -->Networked standby mode = On

 

Also check Overnight pwer saving = Off

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
