Good Evening,I have had issues with my broadband dropping out today which is now fixed. However when I switch my Sky Glass on this evening I am faced with this message.
I have tried turning it off at the plug to restart it but I am still left with this message. Help!!!!!!!

I tried restarting the broadband router and then waiting a while before switch the Sky Glass back on but I still get the same message. It is almost as though it fails to boot up the sky system. Could this be a software problem!
