Who can I talk to, to resolve the problem. I am paying alot of money for faulty goods. Maybe a replacement TV is the answer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIfbyou have tried pulling the plug and hardwiring directly to your router then contact sky bt telephone and they will carry out troubleshooting with you
